Learn Your Home Campus Application Process

Contact your study abroad advisor on your campus to make sure you understand your institution’s application process.

Passport

Upload a copy of your passport to the online application. Don’t have one yet? Apply right away! Passport applications can be found online and are usually submitted in-person at a local location.

Start the CCIS Program Application Online

Make sure your study abroad advisor knows you're applying. Double check application deadlines and eligibility on the program page. Then, head to https://ccisabroad.via-trm.com and begin the application process

Submit the CCIS Program Application

Once your personal information, essay, recommendations, and transcript are complete, you can submit! If you don’t have a passport, you can still submit the application.

Recommendations & Transcript

Don’t delay! Using the online application system, request two letters of recommendation. Upload an official copy of your transcript online. Your application isn’t complete without them.

Submit Any Supporting Application Materials As Requested

During the second phase of the application process, you may be required to submit additional supplemental materials. The information and forms you will need will be communicated to you through the online application system. At this point in the application you will be working more closely with the program sponsor and international host institution.
